About Tosswill & Co Solicitors

Tosswill & Co is a specialist criminal law defence firm, established in 1971. Our close-knit team consists of two solicitor-advocates, two solicitors, a police station representative and support staff. Between us, we have over 100 years of specialised criminal law experience. Our emphasis on teamwork provides a full service for clients at all times.

We also work regularly with a number of specialist barristers, forensic scientists, psychiatrists, interpreters and other experts. They can all help us in appropriate cases.

The firm handles every type of criminal case – from motoring to murder. We advise and assist clients throughout their cases, representing them in police stations and in the criminal courts. Our clients are of all ages and backgrounds. Some clients qualify for free legal aid; others instruct us privately.
